I am setting up a VMix preset and am having problems with an MPEG4 file as an input. It has to bottom 2/3rds cut off and with a double image. Other files (AVI, for example) seem to work fine as well as a couple other inputs (webcam, Sony FS5 input via Blackmagic Intensity Pro card. It seems to be only the MPEG 4 files encoded at 1920x1080, 29.97p.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is blocking visible. I bet it's the file itself. You might want to load it into VLC and restream. Or load it into an NLE and render again. I personally use a tool named videoredo which offers a quick fix function. In most cases I could heal files with it.
