Currently all shortcuts are stored globally to vMix by default. When a shortcut is created it is available when a new preset is opened or when a saved preset is recalled. If a shortcut that was manually saved to the local preset also exists then the local preset takes precedence. If you forget to check the box "Local Shortcut (This Preset Only)" the shortcut is not saved with the preset and if you delete or overwrite the global shortcut then you can't recall the original shortcut when opening the saved preset. Basically that shortcut is gon.

I would like to suggest an option to store all presets locally. Keep the default functionality but provide an option to default the "Local Shortcut (This Preset Only)" to automatically checked or maybe through some kind of global setting. This way you could use vMix in a way where when you create a new preset it comes in with no shortcuts and you can build a preset without having pre-existing shortcuts that you might not want as well as automatically saving shortcuts with a saved preset that can be recalled even if the global version of the shortcut has been deleted or changed.
