I am doing a multi venue festival in August, I want to feed a remote camera from 2-3 of the venues into vmix in the main venue. Each will be able to connect to the net at their venue. Quality needs to be acceptable and delay isn't an issue. I suspect I can do this with most ip cameras but I'm hoping someone can recommend something around £50 each (that is fairly easy to configure) that I can buy in the UK. It is to simply flash up on the main venue projector a 'live from' feed

You can use vMixCall (up to 8 remote feeds with the Pro version) You can use NDI Over the Internet services, like Medialooks or NDI.Cloud
Both offer very low latency.
You can use IP encoders that support MPEG/TS too or IP camera too if you prefer but I don't think your budget is appropriate for a serious production. Search this forum or the internet for more info

Will the event be at night? Does the camera need to deal with high contrast or low light? IP surveillance cameras are not good at this. That said, according to the IPCamTalk forums Dahua are quite good, and some are affordable.

The feed is a small feature of the big event, I appreciate your thoughts, I use small ptz caameras at home via an app, these are acceptable - it will be 30 second clips between the main acts in the main venue, just a fly on the wall glimpse of the other venues, I have seen £40-50 ip box cameras on amazon/ebay which do rtsp . I will try them and feedback

I've been pretty happy with cameras from Grandstream. However, that company is exiting the surveillance business, returning to their roots in voip and video conferencing.
There is a technology transition happening, where IP cameras are surpassing 720p and 1080p, moving onward to higher resolutions and H265 compression. Some companies will fall away and not make that leap.
In the mean time, 1080p capable IP cameras are getting cheaper and more capable.
