I tried running it in as a mic from the aux and I got a signal that I had audio, but it didn’t show up in the recording. I’ll watch a few more videos and try again on Saturday. This is church equipment so I can only experiment when I’m there. Thanks for reaching out.

The Presonus StudioLive32 does have USB I/0. Also, the Tape Out (RCA jacks) may be unused in the setup. The mixer has several output choices.

The manual also says it has ASIO (page 8), if this is the case not only will you be able to access the main mix but each channel as a separate input to vMix while also sending your master vMix audio back to the desk.

Can one of these ports be used with an adapter to go to usb in the laptop? There is also a data port out as well. Thanks for the feedback.

I was wondering if it is possible to add the mixer's "Main" output as an input into vMix via USB? Thanks, Jon

I use a different mixer (Behringer XR18) there I have a matrix what audio is available on what USB/ASIO. You may need a software from the vendor to make the same.

Route/patch the main outs back into two unused channels (either physical or digital if possible). Then add those channels into vMix via USB. It's not the best, and hopefully there is a better solution, but it's what I found for now. Jon
