AFAIK you don't (and some of us have been nagging on NewTek about that)

Yep and it's a pain in the a**. It's so boring and unprofessional to have to download a software just to know if it's still the same version or an updated one

After many attempts I managed to set my two PTZOptics 12x SDI cameras to 50 Hz, 1280x720 50p. I have twice tried to get the latest driver (171102) from https://www.newtek.com/ndihx/products/, but still not received the e-mail with a download link. Instead I installed the latest package linked to in Newtek's NDI HX Installation guide.pdf http://new.tk/NDIHX-Driver-Win. Don't know which version that is though...

In any case, I notice a steady CPU usage increase. Tried Matthew's instructions, both with i-Key Frame settings at 100/50 and 120/60. Doesn't help.

Looking forward to PTZOptics new firmware, and the NDI HX driver that fixed Ben's issue.

Ben, thank you so much! That driver seems to do the trick for me too.

Kane, how does one find out the driver package date? (knowing that is better than knowing nothing, eg a version number)

Right click on the file, choose Properties, under the Digital Signatures tab look at the timestamp.

Thanks, got it. Altough a proper versioning system would be very welcome ;) #nagnag

ps I've had a fruitful conversation with Matthew re. the firmware. Feels promising.
