I recorded a quick tutorial on how to interact with Titler Live 3 (in this case the Present edition). An important issue that I address in the video concerns the NDI commande AnimateOut and timings. For example, it is not possible to as an Overlay use the NDI Input with Titler Live as a source and trigger on OverlayOut. I am considering posting a Feature request, for something like a Delay for OverlayOut transitions, would perhaps come in handy for Input transitions as well. A couple of other minor issues are: changing the content of the fields in vMix's Title editor does not always propagate to Titler Live's corresponding fields. And, since alterations in Titler Live's Titles needs render time, one risk outputting a Title before it has rendered. Any comments highly appreciated!

Thanks Richard for sharing that. Particularly how it interfaces with vMix.

@seb666, Of course it's possible for example to trigger NDICommand "AnimateOut1" for OnOverlayOut. The problem is that when that command reaches Titler Live, the Overlay is already out. That is, not visible - so you will not see the animation...
My current idea for a feature request is one for a new transition DelayCutOut (for transitions as well as overlays) where Duration specifies how much delay before cutting out (still cutting in without delay).
Edit: Ideally vMix would be able to wait cutting out until Titler Live have played the animation through, but I don't know if New Blue's API supports that. If it does, waiting or not should be a setting in the NDI Input.

a dedicated overlay channel for your newblue titles would solve issue of not seeing the out animations
