Hello,

I'm new in the vMix community and evaluating vMix for livestreaming. I checked some other virtual mixers and I fell vMix is the best! I'm not sure which version I wanna use in the future, at the moment I test the free one. But I have a little problem: I use the Adobe Live Media Encoder and the "External"-function of vMix. Works great but after about one hour the external function goes "off" and stop streaming. I use an i7 notebook with Windows 8.

Any idea about the reason for this?

Tanx!

Hi,

Please make sure you have the latest Intel HD Graphics driver installed from www.intel.com
I am assuming you have Intel HD Graphics as there is a bug in older drivers.

Many thanx Martin - this was the solution! Be sure, I'll buy one of the versions in a view days!

Hi Martin,

This thread is 2 years old and I am having the same problem as this person was. After an hour and about 10 minutes it just stops recording. This is my PC

Do you know what driver I'd need to update so it's compatible with vMix?

I went here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

and ran the exe file to auto detect my graphics card which gave me this: http://prntscr.com/8wjb3d

Hmmm I wonder what's going on?

PS: I went here and found some potential solutions...
