I am working on transitioning out of xsplit - and moving to vMix.

I have been toying w this for almost a year now -

But have to make the change.

I am just trying to figure out a few things that seemed somewhat easy on xsplit.

1) camera shapes. In xsplit - when you brought in a camera - they had some pre-defined shapes of the borders, like rounded edges, or oval, etc. Is there an easy way to get this look in vMix?

2) xsplit has a lot of option with TEXT. For instance not just the color of the font, but the color of the outline, shadow etc. As well as the scroll has a continuous feature. Instead of scrolling to the end - and then blank, and then restarting. Is there a way to achieve these looks in vMix? Also - is there a way to auto-rotate the color of a text input ?

1) multiviews with graphics (check multiview tab in the title selections) or using a key/fill input

2) you can change those within the title designer

I understand I can change the color.

I am asking if there's a way to auto-change colors while it's live... so the text would change from say red to green to blue - automatically while we are live.

and multiview w graphics? I am not sure what you mean -

Autochange color based on what ???

there is a shortcut function SetTextColour

check multiview tab in the title selections for example of titles with graphics overlays, come to think of it you could even design a bunch of virtual sets to get the same effect
