We have vMIX 4K - 20.0.0.46 x64 on mobile workstation HP zbook-g4:
My System:
Processor CPU Intel i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz
GRAPHICS: NVIDIA Quadro M1200, and intel(R) HD Graphics 630
ram 8 Gb
desktop resolution 1920x1080
We have a computer, one Sony HD camera connected via: BM Mini Converter HDMI to SDI, BM Ultra studia SDI connected to USB 3.0, Web camera logitech C920 connected to USB 3.0, sound card Cakawalk UA-25EX, connected via USB.
Project vMIX: 1920x1080
During the broadcast, frames began to be dropped both in the stream and at the input from both cameras.
There was also vMIX Call, it also dropped frames.
Previously worked for:
Gigabyte Brix 6200

We had no problems with Gigabyte Brix 6200.
What can be wrong?

Assuming your internet connection is solid, I suspect part of the problem might be the Quadro M1200, the Quadro's are not designed for LIVE video processing like the gaming GTX's are.
Keep an eye on Render Time as I would think CPU usage of the i7-7700 should be fine unless you have multiple processes going on in the background.
Test with the integrated Intel 630 to see if you get similar or better results and/or lower your resolution to 720p and/or eliminate a camera to find the sweet spot for that system.

It seems very likely that you are having problems with overloading the USB bus.
Most laptops only expose one USB 3.0 bus.
USB 3.0 supposedly supports 5 Gb/s but only reliably delivers a little over 3 Gb/s.
One uncompressed 1080p30 stream requires around 1.5 Gb/s.
Try setting your capture device to use MJPEG.
That will reduce the bandwidth demands. vMix automatically selects MJPEG in the case of webcams.

thanks for answers.
But we tried to connect only one webcam logitek it too drops frames.
so this is not the case to USB 3.0
we tested in resolution: 1080p50, 1080i50, 1080p25, 1080i25, but it did not help, it also drops frames.
