So as 360 cameras and live streams become more popular I have more clients wanting to add in PIPS and Titles in their streams. Right now to do so I have to create the content and apply the correction in Adobe CC and then bring that in with the equirectangular projection correction pre applied.

I read that you can do UV Mapping in the Virtual sets and did a quick mock up to test and it looks like the uv maping in there can do the correction but the extra features in the sets make it not really great to use.

Test set in GDrive

Example of the looks I would like to achieve with being able to have mutiple PIP location options and being able to cut the main BG/360 cameras.

It would be great to be able to apply the uv map to an input or on a overlay so we can still do all the camera cuts in the background. With this same functionality you could use the UV map to remove fish eye from popular POV action sports cams. But would still need to use Photoshop or 3D program to create the UV Map.

The gold level of this request would be to be able to have full X,Y,Z position and rotations in the 360/VR space and have it auto apply the correct warping.

Platinum level would be to add in the interface the ability to view a corrected POV in the interface that would show you what the user on the 360 CDN would view with a mouse used to pan around.

Thank for the great product and listening to all the users requests.
