Hi, I just want to know if there is a way where I can get multiple webcams from friends in different places and have it on with multi-view just like when you have a web conference? Thanks

Of course, vMix Call is the first thing that comes to mind, but the next best option would be to use something like Zoom.us, which is video conferencing software.
The best example of this is StepBackInTime.tv's "World of Live Streaming" Show every Monday:
