Hi all,

I am using Blue Iris for Church streaming with one Sony SNC-RZ30 IP camera, I have selected the camera type and then it works perfect without latency or freezing.
And I can control it completely.
But because Blue Iris has no mixing options, I have tried vMix.

Unfortunately vMix seems not to support my camera, why is that?
Most simple programs like H264webcam and XPwebcam do support mjpeg camera's.

Welcome to the vMix Forum. Glad you're giving vMix a try.

To add an IP cam as an Input, click Add Input, select Stream, then enter the URL of the camera. Should be something like

Sony SNC-RZ30N http://IPADDRESS/oneshotimage.jpg
Sony SNC-RZ30N http://IPADDRESS/image
Sony SNC-RZ30N http://IPADDRESS/img/mjpeg.cgi
Sony SNC-RZ30P http://IPADDRESS/oneshotimage.jpg
Sony SNC-RZ30P http://IPADDRESS/img/mjpeg.cgi
Sony SNC-RZ30P http://IPADDRESS/image
Sony SNC-RZ50N http://IPADDRESS/oneshotimage.jpg

These are from this site: http://www.camera-sdk.co...ony-ip-camera-onvif.html

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks Tom.

I tried all entries with udp and tcp (camera doesn't support RTSP), but vMix shows: Invalid port (even when I add the port number to the IP address)
And how do I insert the username and password of the camera in the url? (unauthorized view is disabled of course)

vMix doesn't support mjpeg camera's like the Sony SNC-RZ30 and RZ25.

You can use a directshow filter like Alax, see here.
thanks 1 user thanked JW for this useful post.
