How to play mp4 clips in vMix ?
I have already tried Halli media splitter but its not solved.

You need a splitter filter (Haali is fine), and the appropriate codec. MP4 is just a container, inside it could be anything, but most commonly you'll find h264 compressed material, so you'll need a h264 codec. I prefer FFDShowTryouts as my "all purpose" codec, because it can decode a wide variety of compression formats. If you try it: you have to enable the needed de/compression formats in its settings dialog!

If that doesn't help: use MediaInfo to find out, what compression format is used inside your mp4-clips!
