twitter image won't show with vmix social

Hi, Hope you can help. I am trying to include the twitter image for the tweet using vmix social and for some strange reason, it does not get posted on the vmix screen. I am not referring to the author photo or image but the image that would be part of the twitter content I have set the Title Mapping to include photo next to From Photo. If this is not correct, how do i get the entire tweet including the image/video into vmix? What are the right settings to do this? Hi,
I hope I'm correct but I'm thinking this lower third doesn't have the "Photo" option. FromPhoto = the image of the twitter person.
If you use SocialTitle7-Red for instance you'll see there's the "Photo" option that shows inluded pictures of a tweet.
Hope that does make sense...
