Hi,

Youtube may have changed something and i'm not able to get Youtube video's into vMix right now. I always used these form of URL's:
http://www.youtube.com/v/PQnScL1OThQ

Now when I open it and click the scene once, it opens Chrome and goes to this URL:


When I open http://www.youtube.com/v/PQnScL1OThQ in Chrome, it forwards me to a .swf file and Chrome says "This type of file can harm your computer."

Is there a new (better) way of getting Youtube in vMix or did i mess something up with plugins or anything?

What kind of input did you use?

The first URL in your post give me a empty white screen when I added it as Webbrowser input. The second URL gave me the expected result, opened the page and played the video.

I always used Flash/RTMP inputs with /v/<videoid> but testing a Web Browser input tested also quite good with the normal videopage. Only thing I got now is I need to click the button to have it fullscreen and it got ads in the video.

I think Google changed something cause /v/<videoid> is not embedable anymore...
