Hi have 30 IP cameras but I cannot get the stream to work in Vmix 19. The stream is: rtsp://192.168.5.10:554/av0_0
In VLC this stream works. But in Vmix is does not. When I add a stream in Vmix I have to use the stream option: VLC (RTMP, UDP, RTP, RTSP, TS) This access my stream: rtsp://192.168.5.10:554/av0_0 but it is a black screen.
I cannot use RTSP over UDP, or RTSP over TCP. I get an error msg.
Why will it not work.

Hi
it seems vMix has some problems with different RTSP Streams
we have an IP CAM ( rtsp://192.168.5.10:554/udp/av0_0 ) this stream works very well with VLC in vMix it stands still every 2-5 seconds. If we set the buffer in vMix to 3 seconds, it works
we have some different cheap IP cameras different HDMI to IP encoders, all of them work with VLC very well, but only one (don't know the brand) works fine with vMix.

It use to work. Then windows 10 did an upgrade and the video card had a driver update. Only found this out in last 30 mins. I have uninstalled the VLC Vmix plugin without any success.

Hi, Please make sure the latest vMix 20 is installed, if it still does not work drop us an email info@vmix.com.au with your license key. Regards, Martin vMix

Appreciate the help on this and it now works. What I dont like is to fix a problem its always install the latest version. We run in remote locations with little or no internet connection. Its not that simple to 'just' upgrade to latest version.
BTW as part of my problem determination I uninstalled the vmix vlc plugin. Yet on the add a new stream the VLC type is not only listed there its the only way my RTSP stream will connect. Does version 20 include the VLC plugin as part of the installation?
