I've got a google sheet Im using with Data Sources and I've got an issue I can't figure out for the life of me.

I have Vmix, as does another user who is testing it. We're both working off the same google sheet. I built a preset, and we're both loading the same preset.

I am using version 19.0.0.54 and he is using verson 20 (we're both using x64)

When I make changes to the sheet from my PC, I can see the changes in VMIX but the other Vmix user cannot see the changes. He can see the changes on the worksheet, but it doesn't update Vmix on his end. When he makes changes to the sheet, it's not showing either one of us sees the changes on Vmix.

I use the API, and using the same API on another sheet, the other user is able to make changes and it shows up on Vmix for both of us, so I don't think it's an API issue. We're both using the same api
I've made all the google sheets public (not what I want to do, but I'm trying anything at this point), and I logged out of my google account, make the changes from a non-logged in browser and same thing is happening, I can see changes I make but he can't see them, and neither of us see the changes he makes in vmix.

I asked the other user to reboot and make sure all firewalls and anti-virus software is off.

I'm not sure what else to do. If someone wants to test it for me that would be great, and if anybody has any ideas of what might cause this (and how to fix it), it would be even better.

i'm sorry for the confusion, but I'm not trying to change the sheet from vmix, the changes in the sheet aren't showing up in vmix for the other user.
