I'm going to ask an extremely noob question here. I have been researching how to make custom titles and ran across post with a video that showed using a program called Expression Blend to visually edit .xaml. Upon doing more homework I figured out that Expression Blend is a plugin for Microsoft Visual Studio. MVSP is hella expensive at $499. Is there a basic version that is low cost or preferably free that will allow me to use the Expression Blend plugin to do simple title editing?

What Components of Visual Studio Community do I need to install? There are a lot of choices.
