Odd sorta-boxy quality to our sound?

We smoothed out most serious audio problems, but now I'm noticing details. This sounds off target to my ears. Vaguely boxy? Not much in the lower mid-range? I wanted other ears on it before I start changing our EQ. (The only thing currently dialed in is some roll-off below 150Hz and above 7kHz.) Sample of church talk audio

I might be more concerned about the dropped frames at about the 1:15 mark. Any idea what's causing that?

Watched several minutes of the sermon.
Does the sound from Rev. Harris' mic sounds good coming through your Mackie mixer? If you have the EQ flat (no roll-off on any frequencies), does her mic still sound good?
If both of the above are true, how are you sending the audio from the Mackie into your computer?

Some things to check - signal path of mic as Sportsnet suggested, sounds like it could be either EQ or perhaps a faulty cable. Also check sample rates, sounds to me like the bit depth could be set way low, like 96kpbs or lower for the audio quality in the recording setup. Also check Sample rate settings for your audio interface
