If it wasn't for Alan Zeinrech - I wouldn't know what these 4 icons were. .there's no tool tip on them.

Even a little OVERLAYS text or something - would be helpful :D

Ralph is referring to the new overlay icons between the preview and output window.

The 4 buttons in the middle of the screen under the transitions. Have no direct reference. That's all I am saying

Even if the buttons are mentioned in the user guide, Ralph is pointing out that unlike almost everything you can click on in the vMix interface, there are currently no tooltips on those four buttons.
Very few UI elements are without tooltips (hamburger menu, transition buttons with descriptive text)
So these 4 icons should have tooltips, for the same reasons that tooltips are used almost everywhere else.
