Hi!

Just got my hands on the following setup:
Acer Predator 15 (Win 10, TB 16.1.47, NVM 14)
Sonnet SE I Thunderbolt 3
DeckLink Duo 2

In vMix everything works, I can add cameras, use external etc. But I'm unable to see inputs in Blackmagic Media Express. Also card does not show up in Desktop Video Setup to configure it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

probably blackmajic fault, you sure you got the thunderbolt model? cause there is only 1 listed on acer website. same plug as usb c.
