vMix Scripts - GET or POST Request

Is it possible to send a GET or POST request from a vMix script?
We have a custom automation server that monitors for a standard GET request and triggers several functions on various machines. Including vMix, ProPresenter, Kramer Matrix Switches, and we will be integrating with the DMX software for the lighting soon.
Currently I use AutoHotkey on Windows to to intercept the key and trigger the GET request. But is it possible to have vMix send that request? I ask because we are thinking about adding an X-Keys panel for vMix, but would like to retain the ability to add custom automation keys to it.

Hi, Wayne. I can't answer the vMix question, but I believe you can still use the X-keys for automation keys as vMix watches the output from an X-keys but does not prevent it from being seen by other programs. Theoretically, you can have other commands programmed on the keys, which are not assigned to vMix shortcuts. I know of at least one user who has our hardware commands programmed on a few keys while using the other keys in vMix.
I hope that's helpful.
