I have a group of sports medicine facilities here in the USA that are wanting to show a video clip then transition to TV for a set amount of time then play another video clip. This will loop throughout the day. Can vMix do this?

Check out "Playlist" feature. He wants to bring in LIVE video from a cable box then play a video then back to the LIVE TV. UNMANNED as well...

Quote:It would seem vmix needs to play the video and then play the ingested TV signal. Yes for sure. So what? You're not a newbee, do I need to explain you how to ingest an HDMI source into vMix? Is there a difference between a camera input or a live feed from a STB ?

I'm not calling you stupid, I just felt like you were asking how to use a HDMI port for ingest into vMix. I said "yes for sure" confirming you were right and the rest of my answer indicates I was surprized that "you", not being a newbee, would need more explanations. I'm sorry I did not understand you were trying to clarify, I took it for a question.
