Just fired up to get set for the system, but VMix call not connecting to my system from remote locations. Nothing changed except update to v20.
Not sure how to downgrade to see if its that, any ideas?
Everything else is the same, same network setup and provider etc.

Are you using vMixCall.com to connect or vMix2vMix?

VmixCall.com - to Vmix, 3 remote calls. However, I did discover a DNS issue with my provider which I think was part of the problem, but with that fixed, VmixCall on V20 seems to hit the CPU a little harder than before. Is there a simple way to downgrade back to v 19.x without losing the presets/settings?

Thanks

Just install v19 over v20.

Okay, does it overwrite the setups/shortcuts/prefs and stuff?
