I am getting this error while having a Vmix Call on. Not sure if it has anything to do with it. Thoughts?

It is causing my stream button to flash Yellow. Help?

Hi

the very same error message has been reported so many times in this forum. Did you search before posting?
Answer's always the same: bandwidth issue.
It could be a problem on your LAN, a problem with the transport to the CDN, a problem with the streaming server you're pushing to.
If it happens occasionally, there is nothing you can do: it happens. If it's consistent, try another CDN (to check it does the same or not) or reduce your bitrate.

I will go back and look for more. I was in the middle of a broadcast and was in a hurry for an answer. :)

Very strange. I haven't seen this error before and have been using Vmix for almost a year. Hardwired directly to the router, and when I did a speedtest it was coming up at my 300x20 speeds. I recently upgraded to Vmix 2X and didn't know if that had something to do with it. I will play around more and find out. I wonder if it had something to do with NDI? I was running strictly inside 1 computer for some recording as well.

Most of the times it's simply a bottleneck during transport. The data you're pushing are slowed down somewhere...
You know a speedtest is not THE TRUTH. It's simply an indication at a given time WITH A SPEEDTEST SERVER, not your real destination. 2 minutes later situation might be really different. The internet is not consistant... The server you're streaming to might become overloaded anytime...

I am streaming to a WOWZA server at Amazon AWS. So I would like to think they are not having an issue... but anything is possible.

Just do a traceroute to AWS and see how many HOPS there are. Any of them can be an issue at any time
