Hello,
I want to turn off/clear all default keyboard shortcuts in our VMix software so that our keyboard can only be used for normal information input. Is there a simple way to accomplish that?
We have several rather inexperienced operators and don't want inadvertent keyboard key presses during video recordings to be able to affect our recordings in any way.
Thanks,
WR

AFAIK, there are no "default" Shortcut Keys active unless you have "applied" or "Imported" them and/or set-up and saved your own.
The best way to check is to open up the Shortcuts window in Settings.
The "All" tab will display any and all Shortcuts that are active and usable in your current profile set-up.
If you have Keyboard Shortcuts listed that you want removed, I would suggest removing them one by one and once all gone, Export and Save it as a custom empty config file so that you can Import it when needed (keep in mind that Exporting and saving as such saves the entire configuration of your current set-up).
Typically, vMix launches with the same configuration it had when last closed, so you likely wont need to Import it unless you make changes somewhere along the line, but that's how I would do it if that's what you need.

In my VMix settings the shortcuts page is blank and yet all of the keyboard keys are apparently set up with the default shortcuts...there is nothing I can delete or change...???
