I've just bought a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card and I can't use it with VMix.
I'm getting this error:
Capture Resolution is not supported by this device. The following are supported: 720x480 NTSC 59.94i or 29.97p AddNewInput. The following are supported: 720x480 NTSC 59.94i or 29.97p Unspecified error
It works at 1080 50i on Media Express. It works at 1080 50i through the Firewire card on VMix.
My system is: Intel i5 processor, 12GB RAM, NVidia GT9800. Camera: Sony HVR-HD1000
Any ideas? Thanks!

Try setting the input resolution in the blackmagic control-panel.

Also, it is recommended that the "Decklink Video Capture" option is selected from the dropdown box instead of "Blackmagic WDM Capture" The Decklink option allows you to specify the resolution and frame rate in vMix. The blackmagic wdm capture is fixed to what is set in the control panel and can't be changed in vMix.

Thank you so much for the super-quick answers! It works now. I kept trying to set "Blackmagic WDM Capture", I had no idea I should've used "Decklink Video Capture". I wasn't aware of the Blackmagic Control Panel either...
Thanks again!
