vMix is by far the best software available on the market. I would assume the best would want to run on the most stable machine on the market. When can we expect a mac version and what is the holdup?

Hi Xavien01,

You can install Windows 7 or 8 via Boot Camp on any Mac machine.
As for reliability, with good hardware, both Windows and OSX have similar stability.

vMix for OSX would require writing a new program from scratch as there is no compatibility between the two platforms.
Given how simple it is to install Windows on to any Mac, it doesn't make much sense to pursue an OSX version from either a development or financial standpoint.

Regards,

Martin
