I've (finally) got answer from the support, and they say: Quote:Hi Jens,
I heard back from our advanced support team and they gave me the following information: * 1080p50 should be possible. But not for the live-stream (that's limited to p30)! Just recording. * The software will have to be set at 60 FPS. * If you're going to be overlaying additional images or videos, you'll need a higher end computer. (A 2nd generation i7 running at 2.0 GHz or better.)
Thank you again for contacting Elgato Systems; please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. David.W
Elgato Systems Technical Support Also - I've personally bought the HD60 S, and tested it with vMix - It works with p50 and p25 :-) stigaard attached the following image(s): Elgato_Capture_2.PNG (218kb) downloaded 0 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Hi There,
I had the same problem with one PC... that got me crazy... I selected 1080/60 for the input and right after adding it, it showed 1280x720!
After reinstalling EVERYTHING (even Windows 10), I changed PCI slots and it worked! I tested all slots and ONE worked!! So I guess it is a limitation/issue/problem with the motherboard.
In this particular setup (this is the Replay machine, the production one uses decklink quad 2) I have a asus x99 + i7 5930k + gtx 980 Ti + 32 Gb RAM.
I do not remember which slot I am using now, but I ll check tomorrow in the studio and update this post.
Anyway now I get 1080/60 without any issues (30+ days already)
I hope this info helps...
Cheers

Same problem here. HD60S doesn't work on my 2 vMix machines!
One is with MSI X99M Power and the other MSI Z270 Gaming 7.
When I select 1080i 50 in vMix it reduce @ 1280x720 UYVY, otherwise on GameCapture HD software I can reach 1080i 50, 1080p50, 1080p60, etc..
Any news?
