I just got a new setup and tried vmixcall on a laptop in the same room and everything worked fine. I sent a login over to a friend in California and when he logged on there was no sound. Is there someone out there who is near their computer who could test vmixcall with me? I would only need a min to make sure it works. I will set it up and send a login.

No sound? For whom?
Check the Audio button on the vMix Call input on your set up. You might want to uncheck the Follow button at the same time.

Tom, Did you get this resolved? I'm by a computer all day. I could easily join a vMix call if you need a remote end-point. My contact details can be found here: http://www.mgraves.org/contactMichael Graves Houston, TX

I am having the same problem. I am fairly new to Vmix, but getting into it quite quickly.
I tried my first Vmixcall integration today, and I was able to get the caller to show up on video, but no audio.
I made sure that I clicked on the Audio button, had it mixed into Master, but absolutely no sign of audio coming in. We tried resetting in real time, and had the caller dial in again on another number after opening up a new vmixcall. still no luck.
Any ideas?
I don;t know what the 'follow' is referring to either.
I am hoping to do some remote client interviews in a week and need to solve this over the next few days. Thanks ahead of time for any help you can give.
