Is there a SDK or API available for vmix ?
I´ve already tried web interface , but I need more control on results.

No, but you have the XAML input available, which can be a UserControl with code-behind. But it cannot query other inputs for mixing purposes.

You do have the WPF framework at your disposal, including Pixel Shaders for animation.

Do you mean the web interface that ships a control surface, e.g. for tablets? Or did you already take a look at the HTTP API? This could be useful to you as well, depending on what you're trying to accomplish. :)
