For a simple implementation I suggest three triggers, specific to this Input:
OnChangeToGreen
OnChangeToYellow
OnChangeToRed

Guess it also would be nice (but that's maybe complicating it too much) with:
OnAudioLost
OnAudioBack
OnVideoLost
OnVideoBack
OnVideoBitrateBelow [value specifies]
OnVideoBitrateAbove [value specifies]
OnAudioBitrateBelow [value specifies]
OnAudioBitrateAbove [value specifies]

Sidequestion, similar triggers for stream Inputs - should I change the Subject of this topic to include them?
