I know can do through external2 but that looses that output if use for that purpose.

The topic NDI - Allow all Inputs including Webcams to output via NDI is one of the most recent discussions, although I don´t think Preview was included. In post 8 you'll se that I referr to Martin's concerns regarding GPU strain.
