My apologies if this was answered before but I couldn't find a post addressing this issue. I'm trying to send two streams at the same time using different audio sources. The first stream is using the Master Audio and the second is using Bus A. Both Bus's are enable under the general settings. When I change the audio settings on the first stream under the Quality/Audio to main and then the second stream to Bus A, the first stream also changes the source to Bus A. If I change the first stream back to Main, then the second stream also changes to Main. Is like I don't seem to have the ability to use one source for one stream and a different source for the other. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You are correct, the vMix Streaming feature, although capable of streaming to 3 different locations, only streams the same audio and video to each destination.
As Guillaume states, you'll need a second encoder for streaming to another location with the alternate audio feed (the other Bus you are directing audio to).
The simplest solution is to use the FFMPEG encoder within vMix for the one stream and download a version of the Adobe FMLE and stream your second stream with that.

The above posts are good info, myself I prefer using OBS as my external streamer.

Another option, if your hardware can handle it is to run two instances of vmix, click settings on the vmix interface and un-tick prevent running multiple instances. Now you can have a 2nd instance running capturing an NDI feed of the main vmix program output but streaming the A-bus for audio.

A warning, only run multiple instances if your hardware can do so.

latest versions of OBS Studio were much improved. The scene concept is still crappy but for a simple ingestion of vMix output and streaming it is as easy as FMLE but with the benefit of FFMPEG. I highly suspect OBS devs to have entirely copied vMix for this btw...
