I'm a little confused.
Are you asking or showing?
If that is your graphic Input, you can easily chroma key out the 'green' and use the Image as an Overlay (and even resize whatever you put behind it to fit the space), so you have several options on how to proceed, depending on exactly what you want.

sort of depends a bit on the transitions you would like and how the advertisement is (video like, or more static, or plain rectangle for the green part (without parts sticking out in the advertisement)
options are creating a virtual set , or by simple multiview

Still not sure I understand what you are asking.
vMix can certainly make use of such "L band" overlay advertisement, however, it is not the best tool to actually "Create" such "Alpha" channel videos and/or images (not impossible but not the best tool).
The video you reference is somewhat complex with multiple videos and image movement within the "L band" Overlay. A better tool might be editing software or special effects software, each of which require a significant knowledge of the software and how to accomplish such tasks. Once such a video is created, it can easily be brought in as an Input into vMix and used as an overlay.
To create such an overlay within vMix would require significant planning and set-up and would likely need some pre-composed elements and/or scripting to achieve exactly what you show in the video.
As doggy states, a lot depends on exactly what you want. The simplest option is to use the static image you show and key out the green (part of the problem with your image is that the foreground also has some green elements). If you have the alpha channel videos of the "Yoga Girl", you could place them within the Multiview of the graphic, but the zooming in on the coffee cup and breakfast setting would not be possible in this scenario (at least not easily).
Perhaps you can clarify on your specific intent.
Are you looking to simply "USE" such pre-made "L Band Ads" in your program?
OR
Are you wanting to "CREATE" such "L Band Ads" from scratch for later use (by you or someone else)?
