Dear all,
I’ve recently tried out the Vmix 8.0.0.50 Trial x64 edition. Im running 3 HD camcorders as well as 2 HD webcam. Im running with intensity Pro and intensity shuttle. When I commenced the recording on multicorder mode as I wish to record all the footage on each camera for future use, after a short while a recording error box popped out and the recording stopped. The format of my recording is .M2TS at 25mbps. The detail of the error is due to Recording Codec is not responding. Im running on 20GB ram,and I believe the memory should be enough to run this program. And all the previews on the inputs all turned white. May I know the root of this problem? Do hope someone can help me rectify this problem…

Regards,
Gideon

Hi Gideon,

Sounds like a graphics card issue, what graphics card do you have?
Try installing the latest drivers and also try the vMix 9 Preview:

Hi,
may i know whether is it because of the heavy usage when i use multicorder... i've tried without using multicorders and the recording can last more than an hour, however the recording time isnt stable..

Regards,
Gideon
