VERY new to vMix -

Switching over from xSplit - and just trying to REALLY learn this software before making the switch.

We have 12 shows on a podcast/video network - and I am starting with one show (mine) and try to duplicate all the shots we have in xSplit - and to hopefully be able to answer any questions any producer might have going forward.

That being said - it's somewhat straightforward so far but here's my question re: titles and changing titles on the FLY.

Please tell me if I am doing this wrong.
I have a lower 3rd w/o any text in it as an image.
I then create an input for TEXT - and put in my name
I them move that into the area of the multiinput w the lower 3rd.

Now my question is - how do I change the text?

I cant seem to figure out how to launch the text editor to change the name after the fact

Hi and welcome to the vMix community

titles are easy to manage: load one of the xaml title examples (you can also create your own with Title Designer). Right click this input and select title editor. Then you can type in your texts in the fields area. Clicking the + sign will allow you to create a list of title values. When done, click ok. Then, right click this input again. Your text values are now presented for select. Now you can overlay this title input.

Check the doc for more info:

Hope this helps
