I have an icon in the bottom right corner of the vMix window that looks like a refresh or loop icon. It appears on the bottom right of each input I have loaded in and it displays on the screen with the picture. What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?
Thank you for your help! Carla McDonald

@ GraceChurch
Can you provide a visual? And maybe some more info about the nature of your inputs?

Hi Carla
could you attach a screencapture for this? You can take a snapshop of vMix using the snapshop button (bottom right of vMix)
it looks like you have an overlay activated... does this shape mean something to you? could it be one of your graphics?

Here is the screen shot. We are in the middle of a conference and the inputs are simple jpgs. GraceChurch attached the following image(s): vMix Capture 25 April 2017 11-41-00.png (515kb) downloaded 55 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

I don't think it's vMix related. I feel like you have some sort of utility running that interferes with your graphic card. Try to close all unnecessary applications on your host.
Sorry I can't help, it's really strange, never seen this before.

@ GraceChurch
How did you acquire those images? Kinda looks like a watermark on the jpeg... What if you add another input like a camera or video?

Look at the bottom right corner of vMix interface Gregory... It's not a watermark!

I'm not 100 % sure as I've cleaned my laptop but if you have a nVidia graphics card, this could be Instant Replay or so. Look at the nVidia options and see what's activated.
Kind regards, Rudy

@ DWAM
Guillaume, it's just speculation on my part, but perhaps if all the photos were created with the same software (including the "screen capture" jpg) then perhaps it is a watermark of some sort... In any event, to me it appears to be something overwriting the image and why I ask if any other type of Input is also affected. Surely the "issue" can be narrowed down one way or another.

The images came from different sources and the circle icon is showing in the bottom right corner of the vMix application itself as well as each of the images within vMix. When I open the images outside of the program, the icon is not there. When I click on different buttons within the application, the button is animated like the "refresh" button on a browser. I have not been able to verify anything yet, but the outside program or video card as the culprit seems to make sense. IceStream wrote:@ DWAM

That is a GeForce Experience icon. It will cause you to drop frames if not turned off. All you do is open GeForce Experience and turn off sharing. It is a GREEN sliding button on the left side of the GeForce Experience window.

There's also another way to deactivate it in the newer versions of GeForce Experience. Go to the IN-GAME OVERLAY option under the GENERALsettings menu from your GeFroce menu (as shown below) and just switch the button to OFF
