Sorry, I don't speak French, but Wowza, and transcode to Cloudfront is my current workflow, and it works well. Their player is nice too but it is branded "wowza" so I don't like to use it.

I had quite a lot of buffering issues during the livestream... Maybe not enough european viewers to benefit CDN replication?

I didn't want to say it during the show, but yeah, I lost signal many times, sometimes only image with audio ok, sometimes everything froze with the buffering icon and I even had to refresh the page once to get it back.

@ daniel514
Problème similaire ici... I thought it was on my end since my internet is not great. Tuned in during second presentation and had to "refresh" several times through till the final presenter which was pretty consistent from start to finish (maybe only one or two refresh's) Overall it was well done, might have preferred better close-ups of audience questions as well as audio capture of same, but without appropriate crew and/or set-up, those things can be next to impossible to anticipate or achieve. Also, what I like to do on split screen with PP is to balance the speaker box with an appropriately sized ID or info box, it just makes for a better picture composition (your speaker box was pretty small with lots of wasted space above and below compared to the PP slides). Just some thoughts.

Had the same thought about the multiview layout as Gregory. Powerpoint slides could have been much smaller (but still readable) so that the speaker would be emphasized. I noticed you did try a vertical video instead of the square one but it was too narrow anyway imho.
