I was wondering doese Vmix have an option to include phone calls only, Sometimes I would like to incorporate callers in my livestream minus the video... How can I do this without sacrificing audio quality?
Also there are times that I would like to add voice calls while interviewing Guest via Vmix Call, so that callers are able to ask my guest questions.

Hi GoGo
you can do this using VoiceOverIP (Voip) telephony. You can have your own IPBX server (I use Asterisk) or simply use an external provider which provides you a calling number (PSTN to IP) and routes the calls for you.
The easiest solution is to use a SIP or IAX2 client softphone. I like ZOIPER but there are many others solutions. You will also need to use BUS A and B in vMix to route audio in and out:
- Zoiper audio out goes to vMix bus A - vMix bus B (mix-minus) goes to Zoiper audio in
This is the basic setup for this. It needs experimentations on your side, but I did this many times, it works pretty well.
Hope this helps Guillaume

Skype is another option for this. You can get a skype PSTN number for a small fee. Then skype is the "softphone", same workflow applis...

And I forgot to mention that it is also possible to use any smartphone for this, either with a SIP application installed or simply using a Y connector to separate in and out from the headphone/microphone plug. Then same vMix audio routing applies.

Hello Guillaume... Thank you for your info, but I am a bit confused? When I googled the various options (ZOPIER) It looks like I may need to purchase a phone set up. Is that correct?

You could use the audio only from vMix call as well. Not really a call in situation except it is an option in a pinch.

I do this literally every week in support of Hangout/Podcast that I co-produce. ( http://vuc.me) While the core groups joins a Hangout, we allow other participants to join audio-only. We have dial-in numbers in many countries, provided by a sponsor. All those numbers are routed to a conference service ( http://zipdx.com) that is also a sponsor. I use a SIP soft phone (Bria from Counterpath) to connect to a conference service to my vMix machine. I use Voicemeeter Banana to handle the audio on my vMix system. I generally use no audio from vMix. If you'd like a SIP service to use experimentally I recommend http://www.OnSIP.com. They have a free tier of service that may be just what you need. They're great people. Good support. If you stay with SIP, avoiding traditional telephone numbers, you can pass great quality audio using any codec you like. You can interop with WebRTC, using Chrome or Firefox as convenient end-points.

I take calls regularly on my broadcast and I've done it 2 ways. 1. Get a Skype number, then during the broadcast forward my existing phone number to my Skype number 2. Use JK Audio's Innkeeper Digital Hybrid 1x ( http://www.jkaudio.com/innkeeper1x.htm ) to pipe phone line audio into/from my mixing board. Skype is the cheapest option, but it isn't always feasible to "direct answer" calls on a live broadcast. If you have someone to screen the calls, the Innkeeper works well.

Hello, Guillaume... I now have the ZOIPER and I tried your suggestion: - Zoiper audio out goes to vMix bus A - vMix bus B (mix-minus) goes to Zoiper audio in and it doesn't seem to work, maybe I am missing something.
