G'day G'day.
The March edition of the vMix Fun Time Live Show will take place at 8pm Eastern (US) on Tuesday the 21st of March. With the recent-ish release of the 7th gen Intel CPUs, we'll be taking a look at i7 laptops and portable production. We'll be putting our new laptop through its paces by running the VFTLS entirely from it. So yes.. producing, recording, streaming all on the vMix 19 Release Candidate..should be fun!
If you have questions about new laptops, portable production or lamingtons please join us at vMix.com/live. You'll be able to ask questions and chat along with other vMixers. We're attempting to keep the show shorter so we can have a more informal post-show!Want to know when it's on for you?? Click Here.

Great show guys! I think it's the first one I actually caught live. I agree with Tim about the Chat updates though... hard to go back up the list smoothly.

Hi guys!
just watched the show, thank you. Too bad I missed the post-show, is there still a way of seeing it? Could someone sum up what's been said about new external outs? Martin said it was technical. Yummy! I like technical stuff.
thanks again Guillaume
PS : why don't you simply turn Live Shows (including post-shows) to "not indexed" on YouTube? They wouldn't show in your video list, but we could still watch them...

Broadly speaking, it was that outputs are harder to add than inputs, and that they're already at the limit of what can be (reliably) delivered with current hardware (GPUs) in terms of smooth video. But additional virtual outputs may be possible.

Thanks Martin
So this means that we could see EXT3/4 coming with no rendering engine for physical outputs but only virtual devices or NDI, right ?
