As I've been building my shows, I've noted the audio meters don't function or are out of sync with the actual audio of some video clips. o AVC/MP4 clips: The meters show peaks about one second ahead of the audible audio playback peaks. The meters then freeze about one second before the end of the clip and zero out when the clip ends. o QT RGBA Animation clips: the meters don't play at all. (And, audio is mildly distorted.) o QT Sorenson clips: same o WMV VBR: meters are about 1/8 second ahead of audio I uploaded some test clips to my server with simple beeps and video flashes. If you wish, you may retrieve them here: http://talltalepictures.com/projects/vmix/I also note, QT files are just a bit slow to cue into the program window. Michael

Hi Michael,
This is normal, the meter display time depends on the internal audio buffering "pre-roll" if each format. For MP4/WMV etc the codec pre-rolls the audio for up to a second, leading to an earlier audio display on the meter.
QuickTime does not provide access to audio metering information hence why it is not displayed for this format.
