There are currently two "Shortcuts" for the "Fullscreen" function:
FullscreenOn and FullscreenOff.
Now with the ability to use "Activators" to light up buttons on a MIDI control surface, it would be nice to have the functionality of a toggle ON/OFF similar to the Start/Stop Functions of the External/Multicorder/Recording/Streaming buttons.
This came to my attention in preparing for a gig I have coming up that requires me to provide a feed to a VGA projector, and for the least amount of latency, I have decided to give up the use of my second screen and use the output for "Fullscreen" display to the projector.
In setting up the "Activator", I became confused when the LED would not turn off if I pushed the button a second time. It took me a while to realize that it was only an "ON" button and not a "toggle" and that I had to create a second button to turn Off the "Fullscreen".

Edit: Did you consider to use External2 to NDI, and have a second PC running Newtek's NDI Video Monitor? (free in their Tool pack)

@ richardgatarski

Thanks Richard for your support and additional thoughts, unfortunately, my production PC does not have access to External2 output at this point in time (vMixHD) nor do I have a second PC or laptop up to spec to handle NDI so my options are limited.
Even so, is the latency not about the same for External1 and External2?
In a Streaming and/or Recording only scenario, I have no issues with latency, but for a Projection Screen of a speaker on stage, anything more than a quarter of a second is likely to be an issue and why I think the "Fullscreen" output is my better option. I am sure you have a lot more experience in these conference type events than me, but I am kind of a 'last minute' addition to this event as their previous provider is no longer available.

Don't think any latency on External2, but for the video card (eg Decklink) that renders it.

Can you describe what you need to send to the proj? (PM if sensitive).
