already tested a proof of concept here:

just need to take vmix call and mod a few inputs and outs for a producer setting (return should be multiview and audio should goto hosts headphones) usb over ip could be baked in or a separate module.( there is an open source usb over ip project out there )

this can lead to the heavy computing power staying at the studio and a producer working from a small laptop anywhere with internet access. a lot of small shows dont have a producer available locally but could find someone across town or country to help run there show. using this would make it very easy and possible.
