There are bound to be a lot of cases where a guest connected via vmixcall wants to disable the PIP view of the local camera. It takes up a lot of screen space on mobile devices.

This could be done quite flexibly by rendering the local and far-end streams to a canvas. Then allow the local stream to be turned on/off.
