I know a 1060 or better yet a 1070 or dare I say 1080 is the way to go.
My question is does anyone use a 1050 2gb?
How is it going?

I use a 660TI right now and it works great for what I am doing.
I know I will outgrow it and I need a laptop.

The MSI laptop that I am looking at is under $900 and uses a 1050 2gb.

Ideally I could get a 1060 at least with a thunderbolt 3 port, ideally, heheh.

Thanks everyone for your help.

Was watching Linus Tech Tips about Dell Gaming laptops.
Went to Dell and they have a i5 256 SSD laptop with 1050ti and it is on sale at $849.

No Thunderbolt 3 so not exactly what I wanted except this is still a really great price for a very capable system.

Still need to find out if anyone is using a 1050 and now 1050ti, especially in a laptop.

Thanks again.
