Hi all,
If I want to use an Intensity Pro card for HDMI output, will it be seen as an output screen in vMix or are only system video adapters seen?
Concerning the use of the Cineform Codec for recording in HD, what exactly should I buy from Cineform? I didn't see the codec for sale separately.
I am using Canon XH-A1 cameras @ 1920x1080i. I use the Blackmagic Analog to SDI converter box to get from HD component to HD/SDI. I capture with the Blackmagic Decklink Duo into vMix @ 1920x1080i. I have deinterlace turned on in vMix. System is set at 59.94i or 29.97p. Output size is 1920x1080. Aspect Ratio is widescreen. Everything is lovely, for the most part. CPU usage is 3 to 5% and there is no choppiness to the motion. The only thing I am concerned about is that with motion, I notice some blurring of the edges of objects. What could be causing this? If I hook the camera directly to the monitor using component, I do not see this problem. I am thinking it might have something to do with deinterlacing. I have tried to make sure that my settings were consistent throughout. Any ideas will be appreciated
Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tony, The HDMI output through Intensity Pro will be a duplicate of the main vMix output as seen on main window. Cineform can be purchased from www.cineform.com, NeoScene is the cheapest option. Blurring during motion will be the result of deinterlacing. You can alternatively select the 30p option in-camera and disable deinterlacing in vMix. Regards, Martin
