In 19.0.28, in the call in user's browser (on a 1080p monitor), opening the chat window has that window overlaps the incoming video image.
When resizing the window to keep the chat window from overlapping, the window has to be resized so that there is blank space on the left side of the page that is the same width as the chat window. Stated another way, the video feed always tries to remain centered in the window instead of reorienting to the left of the chat window.

So, my request is that either the video window do its best to stay visible... or see if the chat window can be made floating so it can be moved off of the video window, perhaps to another monitor.
