So long story short. We make a group chat at skype containing 4 people in total. Me and 3 others. Dont mind me.I dont want to be shown or heard anywhere. I want the rest 3 of them to have them at a different virtual input. 3 different windows. Because skype have them side by side. Is there any way to split those 3 windows so i can desktop capture seperatly each one of them? Cause if i desktop capture just the skype they are sidebysidebyside. and its not convinient. I want the 1 person to be at the upper left, and the other 2 at the upper right. but its not possible to seperate them..
And if i cant do this with skype, is there another similar program to do this?

I am not familiar with Skype's Group chat, your particular set-up, or how to separate the feeds, but I would think that a 'Workaround' would be to make three "Virtual Copy's" of your Desktop Capture Input and crop out, zoom and reposition each Input accordingly. It may not be a perfect solution, but it should work.

No, it is not possible to do what you want. In fact, this has been a complaint of using Skype for multiple guests for years. The only way to do anything remotely close to what you want is to do exactly what Ice stated, but...
Help in the on the way!
vMix 19 will have Guest Interviews built right in. Individual guest videos as separate inputs that can be combined in any way you want.
Watch for vMix 19 beta this spring.

That seems strange... It works for me. What edition and version of vMix are you using?

Vmix 18 trial edition which is basicly full? Step by step what i did. Add input>desktop capture>skype. Click cog wheel on the desktop capture of skype, create virtual input. Then click cog wheel on 1st desktop capture and go to position and move it as you like to crop. When i click cog wheel on the 2nd desktop capture(the created virtual input) and i go to position to crop, crop only appears on the popped window that fixes the position but not on the output for some reason.. :/

Even after you click OK? I don't think the effect shows in a 'Virtual copy' Input until you accept and close out the pop-up settings window. Ice
