Im running into an issue when I try to use all 3 output streams. This only happens when I try to use the 3rd output. Everything is fine if I'm using 1-2 output streams. I've checked all my access credentials for the different streams and they all work independently.
I don't know what I'm missing, I've made sure that all three streams are checked in the quality settings.

I see you are using harware encoder. It might be related to nVidia GTX limitation to 2 concurrent encodes. Are you using a GTX card ?
As the case may be, untick hardware encoder to check what happens.

Yes this has caused me issues too. I have told clients I will go out via YouTube, Facebook and Periscope but when it came time I get the error. Martin confirmed that some graphics cards only support 2 encoders. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using "Use Hardware Encoder" for RECORDING, then you can only stream to ONE other location using hardware encoding. So in this case, you need to untick "Use Hardware encoder" if you stream to more than 1 location. I made a FALLBACK request here, please go there and +1 it https://forums.vmix.com/....aspx?g=posts&t=8422
